i have always been real skinny and i really want to gain some weight. I can eat whatever I want I just dont gain weight. It runs in my family. Can anybody give me some tips??

I was having the same problem until I started to eat healthier, ok see there are many factors why some people can not gain any weight, for example, the type of food, stress, love, too much activity, some kind of sickneses, well see what I did was to stop thinking about that person that I was in love with cause that cause me not to be hungry, also I had too many activities and that made burn out fat that I didnt have therefore I quit some activities that I had, I also now try to sleep my 8 hours and eat as healthie as I can, of course some times I spoil myself and eat some candy or carbs, anyway the point on this is take care of you and your body, and if somebody tells you taht you are too skiny just tell them that is not that, it is actually that they are too fat!!

weights and swimming

lower weights and lots of reps (around 25 till failure) will give you muscles that are small, dense (heavy), and defined instead of bulk.

looks really good on a girl. Eat whatever you want then, just be sure you get enough. (2000 calories)

and consider yourself very lucky!
