Does anyone have a trick to help get rid of the odor when cooking cauliflower or broccoli on top of the stove ?

I tried putting in celery but that didn't work.

Thanks !

add a little lemon juice to the water, don't boil the veggies, just simmer until almost done then turn off heat and allow to remain in water until ready to drain and serve.

Don't overcook! Both broccoli and cauliflower are best when still a little bit crunchy.
