How can Jesus take the sin of all mankind and then not go to Hell and serve the same punishment that all people would serve? Do you see a problem with this like I do? How can he forgive our sins if he can't suffer the same punishment?

haha I think his ascension was the kind we are going through today. Our DNA is being altered, going from 2 strand to 12 strand. Our consciousness is awakening partly due to the photon belt our planet is currently passing through. It's not about sin and Jesus dying for that. He was murdered. The Jews wanted a sacrifice and they got one. Jesus was an ascended master, if he did indeed exist. I think he did, as he is one of the elite bloodline and named with a bio in their family tree along with his wife and descendants. I'm talking about the Dragon bloodline. I would believe their personal history before I would anything else on him. They took a good man and built a false religion around him to control the people. Constantine himself was part of the elite bloodline and remained a Pagan to his death. He and the pope hatched a brilliant plot to bring humanity to it's knees. Genius has to be admired here even though I hate the very concept of christianity.

The extra-canonical doctrine is traditionally called The Harrowing of Hell - Jesus became obedient to death and went down into Hell, where he defeated Satan.

But I'd suggest the idea that he died for our sins symbolically - Satan has no authority to judge souls and to hold people accountable. Even for Jesus, grace comes from God.

And so you arrive at the ultimate question about the Incarnation - So why didn't God just cancel all our debts? Why kill His only begotten Son? Or did God commit suicide?

Asking these questions is, for me, what Christianity is really about moreso than starting with a rote set of answers to be accepted without question.

Actually, there are books that describe Jesus descent into Hell after His Crucifixion. Of course that was to retrieve the righteous to Heaven. Jesus was a sacrifice for our sins, the same way the Jews used to sacrifice lambs etc to atone for their sins. He ws sinless and blameless and of course, fully God in the flesh. That's why He is called the "Lamb of God".

Have you read the Bible? Not much in it makes sense which is why they expect believers to just have faith and not question its contradictions.

I got into trouble with my Religion professor when I was in college because I had so many questions about the Bible I had to read for my class.

Why did God love King David and let him break almost all of the 10 Commandments with little punishment but Lot's wife turned and looked over her shoulder and she was turned to salt?

Why was it okay for Jacob to have two wives? Why did David and Solomon have many wives and concubines when one of the commandments is not to commit adultery and God told Adam and Eve to cling only to one another?

Why could the Israelites trick and murder and steal land from their enemies even though the commandments say not to kill or to steal? Why didn't God punish them or is it only certain people you aren't supposed to kill or rob?

Why do people say the New Testament is the basis of Christianity and family values when Jesus was an unmarried, jobless wanderer who encouraged other men to abandon their families and jobs and wander around the country with him? Why did Jesus hang around with prostitutes, lepers and misfits? Was Jesus gay, since he had a whole stable of male admirers? How are these family values?

A question I've posed many times. The story essentially says he went home for people's sins.

Since you call yourself lucifer, then maybe once again you are trying to deceive the nations, well even he that serpent of old, the devil can deceive only for a time. For he has lost this battle. See Revelation 20:1-10.

1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.

2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, Gen. 3.1 which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,

3 and cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

4 ¶ And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: Dan. 7.9, 22 and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

7 ¶ And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison,

8 and shall go out to deceive the nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, Ezek. 38.1-16 to gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the sea.

9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from God out of heaven, and devoured them.

10 And the devil that deceived them was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone, where the beast and the false prophet are, and shall be tormented day and night for ever and ever.

and just for the sake of finality, check this out.

Revelation 22:18-21 Where The LORD, CHRIST JESUS has spoken, that no one shall add to the Bible, nor shall they leave out waht is written)

18 ¶ For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book:

19 and if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, Deut. 4.2 ; 12.32 God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

20 ¶ He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly: Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.

21 ¶ The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

I speak not of my own, but by HE who is in me, that is by far greater than he that is in the world, HE being GOD The Holy Spirit, as in the Trinity, GOD The Father, GOD The Son & GOD The Holy Spirit. It is irrefutable, infallible Truth.

John 14:6

Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.

AMEN!

Jesus did go to Hell, according to the "Apostle's Creed."

"was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; "

So he did suffer in all ways like the guilty.
