I've been drinking Tea all day. But in the back, hidden behind all the other various teas in our break room was some Green Tea with Jasmine. A rare delight I must say. Nothing could ruin my mood after that.

I'm in AA so I'm around spiritual stuff all the time.
When I see someone, who BEGGED to be set free from the disease of Alcoholism, come into the meeting with the "light" of hope on in their eyes, I just feel good.
And puppies and kitties always give me a lift, as do most animals.

That total strangers have come to my aid during a period of intense need for spiritual protection. That it hasn't mattered what the paths of the helpers are, they have been helping me with spiritual protection whether they are Christian, pagan, Muslim, Jew, etc..That it doesn't matter that I am a stranger to them, several people have been helping me with a situation of spiritual need. Their energy has helped me more than they may know. Blessings be on them. My perception of humanity has been raised and it is nice to know amidst the negative energy in this forum, we are blessed to have some really good people.
