how can i get rid of an injection mark?

I'm now 12-years-old and on my dads account please can your help me? i have a huge brown mark on my leg from when i had an injection when i was younger. i want to be able to wear shorts and skirts without worrying about my legs.
Any help would be much appreciated.

A doctor may be able to abrase it but, it's going to cost money. If you just be patient and Wait, it will probably fade in time.
