Unlike the Protestants, who claim the Bible is "True" because the "Bible says it's True," the Catholics say the Bible is True because the CHURCH says it's true!

The Authority of Scripture flows from the Authority of the Church.

Protestants accept the current form of the Bible because of "tradition," that is, they believe it has been passed down through the generations by men inspired by God. It is that "tradition" that gives the Bible its authority.

Catholics accept the current form of the Bible because the Church promulgates it. We know whence the authority comes, and don't try to use a book to validate its own authority.

LOL!

No the Bible was not written by God but by Catholic men inspired by God. Those books judged inspired and suitable for teaching were assembled into Canon at the Catholic Synods in Africa in the late 4th and early 5the centuries. However, the Word is the incarnate Jesus and not a book.

Jesus said the church is not a physical church it is spiritual. Where you have 2 believers you have Jesus and the church. The church is all believers in Christ no matter what denomination they may be. You do not go to heaven just because you are a certain denomination. The bible preachers against denominations.

Do not say that I am of Apollos or I am of paul. The church does not have a name.

The Catholic Church canonized the NT. By its Christ-given authority, the Catholic Church canonized the New Testament in the late 4th century. But Jesus founded His Church in the FIRST century, with Peter as the first pope. Here is a list of popes:
http://www.newadvent.org/cathen/12272b.htm

So, the Bible is Church based: The Church is not Bible based. Among the Christian churches, only the Catholic Church has existed since the time of Jesus. Every other church is an offshoot of the Catholic Church. The Eastern Orthodox churches broke away from unity with the pope in 1054. The protestant churches were established during the Reformation, which began in 1517. Only the Catholic Church existed in the tenth century, in the fifth century, and in the first century, faithfully teaching the doctrines given by Christ to the apostles, omitting nothing.

Christ’s Church is Catholic. Catholic comes from a compound of two Greek words: “kato” = according to, and “holos” = the one. Christ’s Church is for all, and all are one: the Body of Christ. It is like speaking the name “Jesus”: Christ’s name was Yeshua, not Jesus. But we say Jesus because it came to us through the Greek language, which is what the New Testament was written in. The same goes for the word “catholic”.

The Catholic Church decided what books were inspired by God in the New testament. Because there were many floating around.

Go back to school and this time actually read the books and don't go to YA so someone else can explain things to you.

Yes but man changed the word to suit themselves, I am guessing but maybe that is why they think they are responsible for it, because they do not want people to find out the truth. To know the truth consult the Quran it is unchanged my man.

The Word of God is responsible for Himself, since the Word of God is Christ. If you are referring to Scripture, it is, of course, not the heretics in Rome who are responsible for it but the Orthodox Church that assembled Scripture.
