You don't say how old you are, how tall you are or your weight, however this diet does not sound good for your health, you need more fruit and vegetables and either pasta or rice for carbohydrates. You cannot live on this diet and exercise without becoming ill.

I noticed you don't have any veggies in your diet. That's not good!! Maybe try substituting the calorie biscuits with some cooked broccoli or a mix of vegetables. They may not taste as good (until you get "used to" them), but it'll make you much healthier and help you get in better shape. Make sure you're drinking plenty of water, too!

yeah... that's about 5-600 calories maybe... which is about 1/4 of what you need. All you're doing right now when you exercise is burning any muscle mass you have. you need no less than 1500 calories.

and certainly a much better breakfeast!

It sounds like you're on the right track to eating well, but maybe not quite enough? You should consider eating a larger breakfast. Good luck.

you need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner. you have to run 30 miles a day, and do 5,000 pull ups in a row 3 times a day.
