Are you sure you're not anorexic? If your scale says you've lost weight but you think you look fatter, you may no longer be capable of seeing yourself realistically.
3 carrot slices a day is not a well-balanced diet and with all that exercise you will only end up making yourself sick--if it doesn't land you in the hospital.

You have some serious body image issues and you are well on your way to seriously damaging your health. Stop dieting RIGHT NOW. There is a difference between healthy eating and portion control and dieting. You need a variety of healthy foods in appropriate portions to protect your health. However, it sounds like to me that no matter how thin you get, you will be dissatisfied with your body. An issue like this goes beyond wanting to be thin. Is there an issue or problem in your life that you have not dealt with yet? Are you happy with yourself? Are there family problems? Please talk to someone like a guidance counsellor, therapist, pastor, or life coach. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Then, consult a dietitian and have him/her construct a healthy eating plan for your lifestyle and body type. It's great that you are exercising so much but do not overtax yourself or neglect your friends or family because you are too busy exercising. Please get some help. I can tell from your post that you have many wonderful qualities (determination, stamina, etc). You are a worth wile person and a great human being. Sometimes we all need a little guidance. Good luck and I will say a prayer for you.
IMPORTANT: THERE IS SUCH A THING AS A VITAMIN A OVERDOSE. Carrots are loaded with vitamin A and if that is all you are eating, you could have the following: (I cut and pasted this from a website. The link is below)
Other, less serious side effects may occur with large doses or prolonged use of vitamin A. Notify your doctor if you experience
tiredness;
nausea, vomiting, or decreased appetite;
irritability;
headache;
dryness or cracking of the lips or skin; or
hair loss.
Side effects other than those listed here may also occur. Talk to your doctor about any side effect that seems unusual or that is especially bothersome.

Ok...first off...how much do you weigh? Also, get your *** into the kitchen and grab food. NOT EATING IS BAD FOR YOU. There is no way that you'd be able to look in the mirror after only two weeks of EXCESSIVE dieting to see if you lost weight. More over, you have probably just lost water weight. THREE CARROTS A DAY IS NOT ENOUGH! Do you realize that by not eating you aren't getting the nutrients that you need to survive? Losing weight is something that takes TIME. YOu just can't do it overnight, and you can't expect to see the results within a two week period. Go by what the scale is saying, you are not getting fatter. Also, perhaps you are in the midst of having an eating disorder? Those with eating disorders can diet all they want and still don't think they have lost weight because all they see in the mirror is a fat person. You should go and talk to someone ASAP about this..because you can DIE from not eating. I am not trying to scold you or anything, I am just trying to intervene (somehow, someway..online) before you die of some sort of electrolyte imbalance or malnutrition issue! It is healthy to safely lose 2-3lbs a week if you are dieting the correct way. Counting your calories (and eating healthy complete meals can help you lose weight safely. If you want to chat about this feel free to message me. I'll love to give you more information about this!

Ok so I had the lap band weight loss surgery about 10 months ago and I have lost 100 pounds so far. What I have learned is that your metabolism works better if you keep it motivated. What I mean by that is you need to eat 6 small healthy meals each day. I know it sounds like alot but the more often you eat small snacks the harder your body works. TRUST AN EX CHUBBY GIRL...... it works. Examples are carrot sticks and then next a slice of deli ham or turkey with a slice of cheese. The more protein the better. Good luck.

I'm going to go ahead and say you have a eating disorder and need to seek help or just bite the bullet and eat because thats what people do. Your fainting due to the lack of calories. Your salt and sugar levels are way off which can be life threatening. You can eat a lot of food and still lose weight, its just choosing the right foods and right times to eat. Every three hours has been a key success in dieting. I'm no nutritionist but I'd hate to see you get hurt!

You are too skinny!!!! 3 slices of carott a day? and that's it?! You will start loosing more weight eventually, but that's going to be bone mass so if you are looking for osteoporosis and other illnesses you are on the right path... and let me guess you only seem to be getting fat around the belly area, if so go see a doctor!
Check out the word Rickets in Wikipedia i don't think you want to end up with that.

Maybe you need to look at your diet plan again---you should not be fainting and 3 carrot sticks is not too much---you will gain weight at first but then you will start to lose it---muscle weighs more than fat and you need to really look at what workout you are doing for that amount of time---what muscles are you working and you doing weight training because that will make your muscles bigger if you are doing alot of weight. You need to get with a trainer to really get this together.

You sound ridiculous; in order to lose weight you must eat!! 3 slices of a carrot....OMG...get some food in you. Your body is burning muscle because you are depriving it from the energy it needs. The average woman should consume 1200 calories/day. Eat small portions of healthy foods at least 5 times per day and then exercise like you are; you will soon see results!!

I used to be really obsessed with losing weight too, but it doesn't matter. if you are 5"6 and 98 pounds, that is extremely skinny! you do not need to loose weight!! Stop exercising so much!! If you stop eating then you period will stop and your body and will become very disproportionate and you will feel even more self conscious. Also, anorexia can lead to fatal health problems. You might want to think about seeing a counselor or going to an eating disorder facility. Good Luck!!!
