I wouldn't be so fat if they didn't inject all those growth hormones and preservatives into their food.

McDonalds didn't make you obese, you made you obese. Maybe you should sue yourself ?

No you can not sue them. About two years ago two separate people decided to eat only McDonald's food for one month. One person to see how much weight he could gain and the other to see how much he could lose. The first man gained 9 pounds and the other lost 15 pounds. McDonald's does not inject hormones into their food. I mean can you really picture the fry cook handling needles back there in the kitchen?

You can't blame McDonalds for your food choices, so no, you can't sue them, unless, of course, they shoved the food down your throat against your will. We all have the choice to eat what we want. Many people eat at fast food places, but in moderation and are not obese. If you were concerned about so called "growth hormones", then why eat there at all. These are put in all meat, chicken, and pork products including what we buy at the grocery store. Your body-your choice. No one else is to blame. I'm sure you don't want to hear this answer, but it seems that everyone wants a quick fix diet or easy money.

That is true but they are going to say “you are the one that still bought their product knowing what was in it so that means they are not liable” There is an experiment you can do with their food and I'm sure you won't want to eat it again after you do it. Go and buy your favorite meal or just something off the dollar menu put it in a closet and forget about it for a couple of months. When you take it out it will look the same as when you bought it maybe just a little smaller. In our office we have had one for about 1 1/2years and it just grosses me out. You can also cleans all the toxic stuff out of your body check out journey4life.isagenix.com and watch the video “Are you Toxic” it’s a great system.

Each one of us makes our choices about what we eat and you made yours. Your choices may have made you obese but that was your decision and McDonalds did not force you to eat their food.

If you are really obese, make your choice if you want to be that way or not and act accordingly. I made my own choice to be very obese and prefer being this way. And I weigh 620 without having eaten McDonalds food very much at all.

Unless they held you down and stuffed their food into your face, then no. You ate it, it's your fault you're fat...no one else's. Growth hormones and preservatives don't cause obesity...consuming many more calories than you burn does.

It's apparent your post is bogus, but what's troubling is that there are people who seriously want to blame their poor behavior on others (and sometimes they succeed). *shakes head*

No. It's not like somebody put a gun to your head and forced you to eat there. You did it by your own choice. The nutritonal information is on their website and lots of other places. So you knew what you were getting yourself into. Face it YOUR fat and it's YOUR fault, don't be like those other fat lazy people who are greedy and try to steal money you don't deserve.

Did they tie you up and force feed you? I think you ate that stuff on your own volition. You can sue anybody for anything but whether or not you win is a different matter.

lol, that's just sad if it's a serious question....

Mc D's is just all to itself making and serving food. People go to Mc D's for food. It's up to people what they want and how manytimes they order it.
Mc D's didn't force you to eat the food, you CHOSE to. Youcan sue yourself or join a gym....

Goodluck!

if you knew about the 'growth hormones/preservatives'...why did you continue shovelling them down your throat then? do you not feel partly responsible?

you could try suing..but you might get fined for wasting court time...which of course, i hope you do. merry christmas!!
