A few years ago, I left my home for a girl and a new job. I lived on the Eastern coast of Canada for a long time before moving to Ontario. A land locked province with a smelly lake named after it that you can't even swim in. I didn't realize it until the job was lost and so, in time, was the girl just how much I missed the ocean. I decided to go back, sold almost everything I owned, kept only what was needed and moved back to my home, the ocean. That is how I recharged myself. now, when I feel down and blue, I look out into my backyard, AKA the Atlantic Ocean and spend some time out there on the open water. I love it so much I'm never leaving again.

I lie down and snooze, and daydream, until I am hungry, or bored. Then I go out and look at the world, regardless of the weather or whether it's day or night. I may not acquire much energy, but invariably I re-engage with something, and then it doesn't matter whether I have any energy or not - I am so focussed on what I've found that energy doesn't matter; I simply do it. And if that doesn't work, I just find something to be curious about whether I can do it or not, and everything flows from there, it seems. Good luck!

Hello Moon, I hope you had a good day.

I am still working on how to reenergize myself. I have been sleeping a lot more, but today I couldn't do that. : )
I guess my coffee helps some, but just some quiet time to myself seems to really help.

I Usually Re energize my self by Charging my all batteries on againSoul-Mind-Body for my soul, I try to be close to God and pray and visit and attend many religion lectures and check what is wrong with me and fix it ASAP. Play many sports than relax. Love and be loved, Take care about my friends and family? Because anything happen to bother them it effect my whole life, Word "sorry for others", I wouldn't do it again for my self" help a lot sometimes. For my mind I do my best to be positive as far as I can. Eat Chocolates, Regarding Body, sleep, eat well. And always I sleep very well when I work hard! Massage, Close my eyes and stop thinking and keep looking for the water, moon, green scape land, if you need more please Email me 

I always score right on the borderline between introvert and extrovert on personality profiles. Maybe a borderline extrovert, but I still enjoy staying in. So I balance being in public, playing a good video game, prayer and a good dose of sleep or black coffee.

Three things help me reenergize.
Cut way back on sugar and starchy foods.
Spend time outdoors in the yard or working with the animals.
Coffee.....:)

You have a wonderful day too. Any sunshine out there?

A nice meditation session in my favorite place under an ancient oak always seems to do it for me. It makes no difference if it's summer or winter. Just sitting under that tree charges my batteries right up. I love that old tree.

Watch a good movie on DVD or read a good book and then write a review of it in my 360 blog. It gives me a charge when people comment how much they like my reviews.

I suppose eating and sleeping are the first things that spring to mind when it comes to re-energizing....but I know that I probably don't get as much sleep as I should most of the time....so it does not always work as well as it should!
