You need to eat silly boy or you might get sick :(
Try to get two meals a day in, at the least one.
I just skipped lunch and I already have a headache. I took two tylenols though, so I think it's getting better.

But ya...YOU NEED TO EAT!!! The V needs to be healthy and well to function properly for finals and so he can party when he goes back to the land of cowboys and cowgirls. :)

First of all there's no reason to take more than one multivitamin. Your body can only use just so much of them in one day, and that's usually the amount in one pill. And some vitamins are actually harmful if you take too much of them.

Secondly your body needs more than just vitamins to get by. You need a certain amount of calories every day, and you need a balance of protein, carbohydrates and fat.

The worst thing you can do during a stressful period like finals is starve yourself. It will only make the stress worse.

You don't say whether you're overweight, underweight, or just right. But even if you're overweight you still need to eat balanced nutritional meals every day.

If you're already underweight and not eating, you might have an eating disorder.

You need more than vitamins to survive. You need food to convert into burnable calories. Your brain starts to shut down if you don't eat regularly. Do yourself a favor and start eating again - even if it's only a little bit at a time. Stick with real/whole foods and skip the junk.

No...especially if their cheap vitamins like onaday, or centrm...

If you have some powders, like protein/greens/C/fiber...

a good smoothie could take the place of food (for a short while)

but a couple of pills from the grocer i dont think so...

vitamins and minerals and have no caloric value so they do not directly provide energy.

with out eating its impossible to think clearly as the body will be in a hypoglycemic state (low blood sugar) which would obviously have a negative impact on your performance taking tests

You still need to eat something with the vitamin so it is digested fully.

uh.....wow...uh...no... :/. Your body needs calories for energy. Vitamins have such small amounts of calories that you'll practically be starving yourself. EAT FOOD. :/....please? Health comes before everything else. If you dont have your health, you cant study for your finals.
