how did this happen and what did he do? why isn't he the one fixing it? It is his job to correct his error! without charging extra even. Most often it is the muscle tissue that is used to reshape most parts of of the body that are misshaped.

First of all....what was the procedure for? Where was the skin removed from? The statement you've posted is not making much sense from an ophthalmologist stand point. You need to give more information in order for someone to give a truly educated answer.

No one can answer this question without examining your face and even then it would need to be a plastic surgeon.

Get a second opinion from a surgeon. If you think the first doctor was in error, see a lawyer specializing in medical malpractice.
