How do I go about building my confidence to approach men?

Know your reason. Building confidence isn't about you looking in the mirror and being all "Wow what a sexy thing there" Thats shallow. Its about you getting confident about who you are and what you've got, beyond your behind. Were talking about the real you, anything less then that is just playing a game. So my best advice in that realm, fake it tell you make it, and you'll be a pimp. Of course the other ways better in the long run...... just realize at some point that your welling to live and die for your ideals, dreams and hopes and trust some guy well see that and be blown away because WOMAN are sexier then girls......
