I think it is a good idea and after reading a few books on the subject I know that the office is another place to find a potential mate. I am interested in a woman at work right now that I would love to date and possibly even marry. And for the right woman I am willing to change jobs or leave the company I am with.

Well, it depends on the 2 people. It can work as long as neither are married. I've had some fabulous 'forbidden romances' that I'll never forget. But never with a married or committed man. My advice, BE CAUTIOUS!!

If it is an office romance between two single people who don't work in the same department, I say go for it.
If either party is married, that is just asking for trouble, office or no.
