Why do 99.99% people believe in God?

i don't have stastics but i have faith. there are less than 0.001% athiests in theworld if you include population in asylums of fools.


so there are less than 100 athiests in the world. who wants to be in such minority?

The statistics is around 15% to 10% being truly religious, practising, that is. And this figure has not increased.
Even in the early settlers time - when Christianity was suppose to be stronger...
That means non-believers and the unconvinced has always outnumbered those in a religion.
So your figures are completely wrong.

Just have a look at churches on a Sunday, and see how many are in them, and how many are elsewhere..

People pay attention to what they can personally see, hear, feel, touch, etc etc. You have to be programmed (brainwashed) into believing in God - because you are not born, believing this.

First of all, if 99.99% of people believed in God, then since there are about 6.6 billion people in the world right now, that would actually mean that there are 660,000 atheists. So if you want to claim this, please at least do the math right.
Secondly, there are actually about a billion people who claim to be secular/atheist/agnostics/ nonreligious, which makes it the third most popular religious group, only behind Islam and Christianity.

In every modern civilized countries, thanks to public school systems and education, religious superstitions and delusions are quietly fading away. In western Europe, less than 3% of the population still believes in God. Even in the USA, the number of people admiting that they do dropped by 16% in the last ten years.

Lets continue to promote education for all....

Christians believe in "God". That's 2 bil. Muslims believe in Allah, which apparently from the consensus of the R&S, he's not the same God.

Other people believe in different religions, including polytheistic , are nonreligious, atheist, or agnostic.

Numbers nor labels define fools. Fools are those who believe without having touched Truth. Of course few acknowledge themselves as fools, but those who are brave enough to do so are not foolish. They are nearing the point where an opening in the mantle closing off Reality will open to them.

Truth is not hiding in labels, or buildings, or in governments, it hides deep within oneself. It awaits ones exhaustion of seeking it outside of oneself. Only when the Soul is destitute of ideas as to places for searching will the light of Truth begin to awaken one to itself. It is effort to exhaustion that leads to Grace, and Grace alone opens the door from within.

well i do not know about the 99.9% but my resin is because when i was A little girl we were told that i would never be able to walk or talk or feed myself or do anything on my own i am 27 now and i am walking and talking and doing every other thing that they side i could not do

I see your stat as another Christian lie. I imagine there in an ungodly amount of people who say they believe in God, but really don't. Maybe even yourself.
