They are private companies that prepare taxes, not "tax offices", and the loans don't really have all that much to do with your taxes except that they use your refund as security.
That said, H&R Block are doing loans this month for their prior customers. They are the only ones who have announced that they are.

You are very nice person, but you think that you could get and wants every thing NOW. You can not have it. Remember that we are still within 2011 year, the employer accountant will not be able to issue you any w2 before the end of January 2012 Do not worry about any w2 till the end of the 2011 year. Be sure to have all stub checks from your employers which should or may show the deductions that made from your pay checks. I do also advice you to re fill form w4 again and give it to them so they could issue the 2011 w2 form carrying the correct name, correct address, correct social number as well as the correct GROSS paid amount along with all deductions (fed, Soc, Med, State etc). Give the employer chance and Good luck

You should avoid a refund anticipation loan because the cost is outrageous. If you efile your return and request it be deposited to your bank account you will have it in a few weeks for no extra charge.

Of course all this will be moot when the FairTax Act H.R. 25 passes and replaces all income taxes with a single sales tax on new items. The FairTax now has the support of hundreds of thousands, 72 congressional sponsors / co-sponsors, and 7 presidential candidates, and over 70 economists. See www.fairtax.org So tell your congressman to pass H.R. 25

H&R Block is offering a Line of Credit to people who used Block for their 2005 or 2006 return.
Otherwise.....there is no one.
