Torrent video files usually cannot be played until its finished downloading.. For better package for torrent downloading+media player+P2P Sharing Softwares, try Ares.

Sadly, there a zillion different video file formats (e.g. .avi, mpeg-, DivX,....etc. To matter worse, there are a zillion different media players which don't support all video file formats. You can do one of two things. You can download and use a media player like VLC media players, which boast to play any format found on the Internet - not entirely true but close to it - or you can download a codec package which is a plugin for media players to play additional file formats not supported by the original media player.
