I think it likely depends on *how* they are taken out. If they are just pulled with local anesthesia while you are awake, I think you could probably drive. If you were put completely under for them to be removed, then I think they tell you not to drive for a certain number of hours or maybe not until the next day.

I guess it depends on the person. The surgeon will say no, Im saying no. I have four of mine pulled and after I woke up from surgery I was still out of it. My mother had to drive me home and I spent a day on the couch, being able to do nothing but sleep. Have someoen there with you just in case you cant.

Hmmm. yeah. Your wisdom teeth have nothing to do with your ability to drive.

I was told if you get put to sleep then you shouldn't drive after b/c you'll feel all groggy. If it's just freezing then you can drive after.

No, because you will be on pain medication. You must have someone drive you to and from your doctor's office--if you don't, they may not perform the procedure.

Once you have your wisdom removed, you can never drive (or vote) again!

No, not if they used twlight or in that order. It's considered a surgery, I would have someone pick you up.

If local anesthesia is used and you are not sedated, yes.
