I generally don't, except for those that mis-interpret how we practice our faith, as outlined above.
Protestant religions seem to resent Catholicism more that the other way around. Most Protestant religions spun off the Catholic church at one time or another anyways, whether they like to hear that or not.

the roman catholic church was brought about in 331A.D. constantine in 333A.D. made the law that sunday was to be the day of worship, and punishable by death if not followed. (daniel 25 will think to change God's times and laws). later in years the other sunday churches started spinging up.today 90% of the Christian world follows mans day instead of God's true sabbath. mark 7:6-9&13 do as you will with your traditions. John 15:10 Jesus kept all ten commandments and done away with none.Matthew 15:3 but he answered and said unto them, WHY do ye also transgress the commandment (No. four) of God by your traditions. also read 15:6 and 15:9. 1Peter 2:21 we must follow Jesus example. some say they keep sunday holy in honor of the ressurection, but this practice is never mentioned in the Bible.proverbs 3:1-4 my son forget not my laws; but let thine heart keep my commandments. Psalm 119:1-3 &119:14-16 Blessed are the undifiled in the way who walk in the law of the lord. hebrews 4:8 if Jesus had given them rest, then would he not afterward have spoken of another day. the biggest danger we face today is not the nonbelievers, but those who claim to believe and teach for the gospal the teachings of man. If a person answers a question and does not or cannot back their answer with scripture then beware of them.

The majority of Catholics don't resent protestants. It's more the other way around. Until recently, I never realized how much protestant denominations attack the Catholic church and mis-represent its beliefs. Take a deeper look at things and you will find that the Catholic church and its faithful do not go out knocking other faiths like protestants do to them.

No more than any other kind of heretic. What I DO resent is how so many of them spread blatant lies about the Church (see "johnny_rico9" and "Alan S" below), and how they think they speak on behalf of Christianity.. I always read posts saying what "Christians" believe and don't believe, and most of them by protestants who seem to think the name "Christian" only applies only to them and not Catholics or Eastern Orthodox. My questions is: How can a group that represents less than 20% of all Christians say what Christians believe? Here are some simple facts:
The total number of Christians in the world is: 2.1 billion. This is how it breaks down:
1) Catholics: 1.3 billion
2) Eastern Orthodox: 0.4 billion
3) Protestansts (Baptists, Lutherans, etc. etc): 0.4 billion
In light of these statistics, how can a group that represents less than 20% of Christians say what Christians believe? And, more than that, among themselves they argue endlessly because that small group is divided into hundreds of "denominations" who all disagree on doctrines. Yet they claim that the Holy Spirit guides them when they read the Scriptures. The arrogance is stupifying. I have never a good reply to this. BY THE WAY: I'm not saying the majority is always right, I am simple saying that a group that represents less than 20% of Christians cannot say what all Christians should believe !!

Some do. Why? Some because they were taught to do so by their parets to prevent them from conversion, others because they find some protestant's behavior wrong so they say they're all wrong. I think it shouldn't happen, but it happens.
I have seen protestants do the same.

I guess the fact that the pope kept saying they would go to hell along with other unbelievers is one of the major evidences supporting this view. But then again, the pope changed this stand, sometime in the last millenium.

Thry resent it when we accuse them of idol worship, mary worship, and worshipping the pope who thinks he is god
problem is by saying the hail mary prayer, bowing to statues of mary, and believing the pope (who blasphemes when he says he is the creator of his creator, or has the power to forgive sin)
means that they are engaging in idol worship and the worship of a man, which is whart Roman religion from the line of the Caesars has been all about

No not at all, we see you as our brothers and sisters in Christ.
There maybe some resentment due to bigotry though.
