I try my best. Usually yes,. but not always. I find it easiest to mix it in with my meals. So at breakfast have some fruit with it, lunch have some fruit, same at dinner. Then i drink fruit smoothies that are the same as 1 portion of fruit twice a day. Its eating 5 portions of veg that i have trouble with.

Not necessarily 5 fruits, but I do try to eat at least 5 servings of fruits and/or veggies a day. You could eat 5 fruits, 5 veggies, or a combo of both.

No, fruits have too much sugar in them to be eating 5 servings worth. I try for one-two servings per day.

No, even though the proffessionals say you should. Maybe I will start doing that when I'm in my 40s.
