I'm a little more hopeful than you. I think there are lots of people who are working quietly in their neighborhoods and cities and countries to bring love (that is, God) to the world.

One of the big problems we first run into is that everybody has a different idea of what "perfect" means when applied to humans.

Does it mean aloof and never-erring? Does it mean permissive and all-accepting? Does it mean somebody who laughs easily and is kind to all people? Does it mean toeing the line and never deviating from the law?

I think a lot of awful things have happened in the world in the quest to make humans "perfect," and we have to be very careful.

But if you focus on loving God and other people in your goal of perfection, you probably won't go too far afield.

In one sense Yes. Our mundane love is a pererted reflexion of the actual love that exists between The Supreme God and Goddess within the Spiritual realm. The Supreme Divine Couple aslo known as Sri Sri Radha and Krishna are the original Loving relationship. We all expand from Them We can not have any quality that They do not have. But we have those qualities in minute quantity, where They have it in Full. The Femanine aspect of God or His Femanine counterpart has been taken from most religions due to mans envious neature of the Supreme. Originally Jesus taught of mother Goddess. But that was taken out by the Church in 324 AD by Constantine and his click of scribes. The Gospel of the Nazirenes explains What Jesus originally said before it was all strickened by Unscrupulous men. It is said in the Vedas that the closest thing in this world to Divine love, is a mothers love for her child. But we can see in this age that has even become so distorted. Mother even kill their children in this age. So it is hard to compare in the age of Kali. But we can get an idea from a very loving mother. Thanks.
