It's nobody's business but God's to say who's evil and who isn't.

But I will say that there are people in political power right now whose actions are easily among the most evil: Al Qaeda, G.W. Bush, Karl Rove, Chiang Kai-shek, etc.

There is a guy in Vancouver who set a new record for murders in Canada.

Robert William Pickton faced 22 murder charges in Vancouver's missing women case, and is suspected of many more unsolved deaths (perhaps sixty!).

Rebecca Guno, a drug addict and prostitute, was the first of 61 that would eventually be placed on the list of women to disappear mysteriously, from drug-infested east Vancouver, over the two decades that followed.

Pickton bragged he had killed them all. He is a self righteous pork farmer (no pun intended).

Police dug up dozens of missing prostitutes on his pig farm.

Like "Jack the Ripper" his victims were mostly easy pickings as "street walkers", and most were vulnerable because of substance abuse.

Their crime did not deserve the death penalty. Prostitutes are only human. No woman deserves that!

When a holy God looks at a person, we are all evil. There is none that does good. No, not one. Holy men of God have fallen down in front of Jesus as dead. But if you want one particular person alive now, it has to be a serial killer or a ruthless dictator some where.

While tempted to say Osama, the fact remains he is not that powerful. Terrorists are only as powerful as the response to their terror.
The Patriot Act is one of Osamas greatest achievements.
Is either George Bush or Hu Jintao. They are both in positions to hurt massive amounts of people and are actively doing so.

Alright, alright...I admit it, it is me. I don't mean to brag. But Michael Vick is a close second...being mean to puppies is a damnable offense, worthy of the most cruel of punishments. The torment he will receive for such deeds will surpass the punishment afflicted upon Jeffrey Dahmer and even the worst of sex offenders...may Dog have mercy on his soul...

I do not know nor can I see into another's heart to judge who is and is not evil.

There are people that do stupid things every day...and sometimes their actions seem evil....but, again, who I am to judge.
