Please don't. Fainting isn't the only thing you need to worry about. Starve yourself for long enough (it will vary from person to person), and death should be your number one concern.

Dry hair, brittle nails, poor skin tone, having no energy, feeling cold all the time, brittle bones, heart failure will/may feature if you do such an unhealthy thing.

If you have issues with your appearance, please talk to a family member or friend you trust, your school (or work place's) nurse/counselor, or you doctor.

Trust me, starving is not a good option for dieting. I weighed 189 pounds in the seventh grade and now I weight 162 pounds in the ninth grade. I lost 27 pounds, but I was successful, because I took up jogging for exercise, but let's just say I didn't begin that way. I would not eat until 4 pm everyday, come home from school and consume less than 1000 calories and go jog for 30 minutes to a hour. I felt bad the majority of the day and even worse at night. I never fainted, but I would come pretty close. I would have blackouts that lasted from 30 seconds to 2 minutes. While my case isn't as serious as the anorexic who died weighing 62 pounds recently, I think that my story is a reason to take heed to the danger you are about to do to your body.I still want to lose 30 pounds and am working on a workout plan that I can weave into my busy schedule. I think I am slightly more mature and don't want to risk that situation again. I don't know you, but trust me, I care. Please don't starve yourself. If you want to lose weight, seek a dietitian who will help you create a weight loss plan. If that isn't possible, just cut out junk food, exercise, and drink plenty of water, not sugary drinks. If this is a religious issue, then God will take care. When it has to do with religion, it's called fasting, and it's okay as long as you pray about it. Hope that I was of some assistance. :)

Well yes. If you starve yourself you will also get an incredibly low metabolism. Your hair will be dry, your skin will start to yellow and become flaky. You will also eat away any muscle you have, so you end up weak, disgustingly thin and unable to walk very without becoming dizzy, out of breath and very tired.
Trust me, its a terrible thing to do. In the long run you will end up putting more weight on you than was there to begin with. Your body will get used to having nothing inside it therefore your metabolism will get very low. This means when you do start eating again your body will hide away any fat it gets. Meaning a salad could put weight on you.

That explains it a little better.

about a year and a half ago i starved myself. man was i stupid. i thought psh i will be alright.. lose a little bit of weight no one will ever notice. well a week after i started i went to a summer camp. and i got realllly sick. they almost had to take me to the hospital
it was really scary. i had to lay in the cabin for 3 days or so by myself. and they started making me eat before i could go do anything. plusss if you starve yourself, once you start eating again you will gain more weight. which is pretty much what happend to me. so my plan ended up backfiring ne ways. so if i were you just start eating healthier like salads. it will get you where you want to be in a short amont of time.

hope this helps.. goodluck!

YES! And you most likely die depending on how long you plan on not eating. Why would sue ask...do you want to lose weight??? There are ways to lose weight and no have to go to such extremes. Eat healthy and exercise, you will drop the pounds that you want to lose.

How many times did you go to school and some kid fainted in the morning because he didn't eat any breakfast?
Well, if you didn't see them, I sure did at my school.
