Uh, I wouldnt use that if it dosnt say how much of anything is in it. I also wouldnt want to take creatine several times a day. I drink 3 protein shakes every day (for 150 grams of protein), and take creatine ONCE, 30 mintues before I work out. I buy NOW Whey Isolate protein (not that the brand really matters, but it mixes super cleanly and I dont have much to clean up), it lists every amino acid in g's, as will any quality brand name whey. Then I bought a 2 lb container of AST (once again, brand dosnt mean much, just dont buy anything shady) micronised creatine monohydrate (not the newest/shinyest type of creatine, but the cheapest initial purchase) for 25 bucks, it has something like 300 5g (daily) servings. I drink the creatine with 10oz of grape juice (for the sugar, it helps it absorb into your muscle). After realizing how much I spend on grape juice, I will buy AST's creatine premixed with sugar, its flavored when in this configuration. That stuff you linked might be good for a pre-workout shake, but I wouldnt take it in the morning, or at night when I consume my other two shakes. And you dont know how much creatine is in it, could 25grams, could be 5 milligrams. Thats why I dont trust NO-Xplode type supplements either. To answer your question, creatine is GREAT for you. I beleive its positives FAR outweigh any potential negatives and its cost is minimal.
Addition - anabolic just means that your not breaking down your muscle into simpler structures, catabolic (bad) means muscle is being broken down ( http://www.bodybuilding-muscle.com/anabolic-vs-catabolic-what-do-these-terms-mean.html ). Quality creatine is quality creatine, their little catch phrases are a marketing ploy, supplement compaines are NOTORIOUS for that stuff.

I don't know much about the pain you are describing but when you get Creatine, finish the whole dose. Don't forget, if you have Creatine to regularly in time, your body will stop creating Creatine and will rely on the ones you take now .. PS: Protein shakes are always good! But if you want anything natural like milk eggs banana etc. You can have those too Hope this helps!

Generally it's not recommended for anyone under 17 - people this age are maxed out on hormone production and creatine isn't going to help much. However, creatine has been shown to be safe to use as it's been one of the most widely studied substances.
The purpose of creatine supplementation is primarily to help in the production of ATP, the main energy source of muscles during strength activities, as well as the uptake of nutrients into muscle cells. How this helps strength training is by allowing a few more reps to be performed (more available ATP). It's best taken pre and post workout and in the mornings on non training days.
Personally, I don't like having my creatine in the protein supplementation. For one, I like to be able to take creatine by itself on off days. Also, I like to choose the amount of creatine independent of the protein. Finally, the creatine I go for is creatine ethyl ester, which is generally not found in most protein supps I've seen.

I have personally tried this product and it's awesome. I think it's OK for you, even though you are 17 but you are tall, so I would take it following the directions on the bottle.

yeah that's fine,
buy y would you want creatine?
I've never used the stuff, it just adds water weight to your body, like putting implants in your arms, chest, legs, wherever instead of real muscle. Y not just stick to protein and get big muscles that are REAL!?
