I drive a car and my fiance drive's an SUV. so when I go deer hunting i want to take her vehicle so i have something to haul the deer to the check station and the processer in. but no we can't get ANY blood in her SUV heaven forbid. so i asked her if i could find a liner for the trunk if i could start using that instead of always asking a buddy to borrow his truck or call them to come pick it up for me. she said yes but there can't be any chance of getting blood on the carpet of sides(the blood would wipe right off the sides and there isn't much blood left at that point anyway) but whatever so my question is does anyone know where i can get a rubber liner with high sides. all the liners i've seen have short sides and nothing at the tailgate so the blood could just run off the end there. so yeah help a quy out if you can.oh and she bought the truck before we started dating so if i had bought it i would be using it and getting blood everywhere lol. and it's a chevy trailblazer by the way

Buy and use one of those cargo racks that plugs into the hitch receiver. It keeps everything "completely" out of the vehicle and has the added bonus of showing off what you got!! It's low as well so you aren't lifting a 150# animal that far and you can sell it to her that it can also be used to haul bricks, dirt or other "messy" items she doesn't want in her SUV. Regardless of how good the liner or tarp is, it's just a matter of time before you put a deer antler through the back of the seat!!

I heard some guy, as quickly as, who took an extremely long shot with a .40 5-70. He theory he ignored the deer, because it basically took off. Him and something of the hunters with him went to the place it exchange into whilst he took the shot, and there have been the entrails of the deer! He had hit it interior the tummy and split it huge open. they got here across the deer approximately 20 yards away in a stand of wood, already lifeless from blood loss.

You'll be hard pressed to find a liner that comes up the side. I was looking for one awhile back and couldn't find one. I just gave up and sprayed it out when done, but another suggestion is a big, deep plastic cointaner. I don't know if they come big enough but I'm pretty sure it would work.

hi there
you are not going to find anything that resembles a tub with 12 inch sides and ends in it , so why don't you buy a 14 x14 tarp and with some duct tape form your own ,can't be to hard and won't be to expensive.

She's testing you. If you actually DO take your fiancee's SUV hunting, she'll no longer be your fiancee. She'll be your ex.
