Does the ps3 have Parental Controls for planing online?

Right now, there is a Parental Control on things such as DVD's, games and other content. The parent can put in a 4 digit password and set the Level of content that they will allow.

There is also a DVD Parental Control and the level can be lowered or raised as well to restrict or allow certain DVD's to be played. For instance the highest Level is Level 9 and that allows all content to be played such as Rated R movies.

Also you can password protect the accounts on the PS3 so that when you first turn the PS3 on you have to enter a password to access the PS3's main menu.

As far as playing online, I'm not sure about any parental controls.
