I joined WW two months ago, and i have had great success on it. But lately i'm at a standstill, so i decided to join my local gym! I am eating very healthy, drinking more than a daily required amount of water. I plan on using the elliptical machine for 60 minutes, 5 days a week. The other 2 days, i bowl on a bowling league. Do you think this will help me on my weight loss journey??

An elliptical machine is a great cardio workout, it gives almost the same workout as running, but wth little impact on the knees/feet. The fact you are doing it 60 minutes means you'll be burnng alot of calories (around 600, depending on your height, weight, and resistance levelof your elliptical workout)

I hope every person who comes on here askng about "the best diet pill" or "how many days should i starve in order to lose weight" reads your post and learns how to lose weight the right way!

You should have AWESOME results adding a workout schedule into your routine. In my opinion, that is the best way to lose weight, bar none. If you get a nutritionist or similar as part of ww, make sure you are consuming enough protein and calories for your goal weight while working out. Unless you are opposed/unable, you would get optimal results with cardio for 45 minutes 3 days a week, and weight training 45 minutes 4 days a week. I am a runner/weight lifter, and have learned that any muscle you build burns calories 24/7, so eat more calories, lift weights, and do cardio, youll be smokin' hot in no time (obviously be patient, Im just doing a little motivating here) ;) Good luck and stick with it.

yeah, for sure it will.

the harder you push your cardio workouts the faster and better looking your weightloss will be, I don't think bowling helps you much, unless you sprint to the end of the lane and set up the pins yourself every time.

:-) good luck!
