It's hard to get a six pack at the age of 13, might not even be healthy. As long as you do around 50 situps you should get abs, but a 6 pack is mostly people having low body fat. you need to run or do other cardiovascular exercises to lower your body fat. But the thing is, at that age, you need body fat. Ask your coach or a doctor.

ok, bench pressing is a chest exercise and a six pack is abdominals, but nice try.

anyhow, I don't think you can get a real six pack, like the other guy said your body has to have fat on it at your age. Strong abs will help you in all your sports tho, and if you build them now and keep on them when you are 18 you'll be ripped!

I'm not sure how many, just try and do as many as you can and when your too tired to continue rest for a minute or two and then try again (do this three times). But if you really want to take off you will need more than one exercise, try rotating through crunches, leglifts, jacknifes etc... and ball exercises if your parents have an exercise ball. You should still do as many as you can three times with these. There are a lot of different at home ab exercises out there.

Good luck and don't worry about stuff like that till later.

If your school has a weight room, using resistance will build ab muscle faster than hundreds of situps. I try and do 4 sets of 10-15 twice a week on a Cybex weight stack crunch machine. I wouldnt plan on getting any results in 3 weeks. Determine your body fat index as well, you have to be on the lower end of the healthy spectrum to see a 6 pack.

Bench pressing is more effective, you'd have to do a hell of a lot of situps to get a six-pack.
