ProDigit,
2) I believe that prior to becoming a Christian I did this several times. 4) I am NOT proud of some things that I did in the past and pray that I have not injured anyone seriously in such matters. 1) Mocking others is NEVER a "Good Thing" no matter who they are and what they do that makes a person feel they "deserve it". 3) I would not appreciate others mocking me but I would never hold it against anyone now because I am a Christian and I am big enough to take it. I read, study, and attempt to follow our FATHER'S WORD, the BIBLE to the best of my ability each and every day. I try my best to "do unto others as I would have them do unto me." Have a wonderful week and a glorious Holiday with your friends and family members!
Thank You,
Eds

1. Probably not--but it can be value-neutral

2. Yes--only friends and family, for the most part, though

3. If it's friends or family, and done to my face as a joke, it wouldn't bother me. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't like it.

4. Yes--teasing can always go too far if you're not careful

5. I try to do it sensitively--I don't make fun of issues that I know are "sore spots" or to people who seem to be thin-skinned.

Is this question appropriate for "Religion & Spirituality?"

Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Or: Don't do unto others what you don't want them to do unto you. I, an atheist, will mock a believer with equal zeal as the believer mocks me.
