i want her out of my life but i care about her alot so when she calls i become a big puss and answer. weve been off and on for so long and she isnt willing to give me what i need. looking for advice on how to ignore her so shell go away....i need self control tips.

You need to flat out tell her that you can't have her in your life any more and the reasons why. Ask her to stop calling and give you that space and respect. If she continues to impose, you need to block her number and avoid her. It'll be hard in the beginning but it will get easier. Be strong.

The best self control tips I can give you, is simply to have the will-power and inner fortitude to just make up your mind to simply say it is over and mean it--Stick to your guns--or continue to be miserable...Sometimes you just have to clean house.

dude, if she doesn't give you what you need just leave.... no phone calls, no texts, not even a hello.... move on to greener pastures. But if you're into mascochism stay where you are and take it.... good luck.

i think it when you finally decide to let go, my mum always gets to me wether its thru herself or sum1 else, the things she says about me really hurt
