No, it shouldn't, at least where I live. It will go on your record.

Well it depends on HOW you got the ticket. The police dont just pull over random cars to check for licenses...

If you have an accident .. major impact as she might not have insurance coverage.

If you run a stop light or such. it will have a minor impact because you will have to park the car since you will not be allowed to drive it... worst case it might be towed (abou $150 in storage and tow charges).

bottom line... its not a good idea...

depends on where you are, the ticket can show up in connection with her car and her insurance rate can go up.
But what I want to know is WHY would you want to drive without a license??? If you have an accident, then what? The owner of the car can be held responsible in a law suit for letting you drive!!!
DON'T do it!

Getting a ticket doesn't affect her, but if you get into an accident, you are 100% liable and her insurance will not cover her vehicle. For the answer to this question and any other questions dmv related, try visiting dmv.org

yes... they could give her a ticket for allowing an unlicensed driver to operate her vehicle

what your ticket given to you because you are a valid driver but forgot your license at home, or because you have no license to begin with.

If its the first one then no, not at all.

If its number two then yes, you will be arrested and the car will be towed/impounded.
