it really doesn't matter unless you are small.
I would rather have a guy that is big and does not know he is big (that way he puts effort into using it) than a guy that is big and knows he is big (because he thinks all he has to do is stick it in)

Go back to sleep! napoleon had 16" when it was sold at auction some years ago pickled it was still 12", anything with more than 16" neigh`s winnie's and live's in a stall!

I feel for you dude... I was just over 8 at 16 - I found that while I was able to get quite a lot of 'action' at that age, I was unable to really 'go for it' as the girls just couldn't take that size..
I then realised how women felt regarding men looking at them as pieces of meat opposed to a person... I found once i had been with one girl, it wasn't long before i had her friends too!....
but hey, it's fun learning how to use it... enjoy... just b carefull - 'wrap it up b4 u slap it up'

To be just 16, thats pretty decent... But just because you have the tool doesn't mean you know how to use it. Its not all about size although it definitely helps

In my opinion I think, when the guy is "up":
Small - under 4.5"
Average - 4.5" to 7.5"
Above Average- 7.5" to 10"
and Big - anything over 10"
also, for me, how long it is isn't as important as how thick it is. The thicker the better.
