As far as I can tell no-one is sure, apart from the fact that she was one of his followers. It is commonly believed that she was the woman who poured perfume over his feet, and dried them with her hair.
However, as far as the second part goes, he definitely didn't have any children. He did not marry, as that would have been known to people, and mentioned, and He was known to be sinless

Mary M was Jesus's legitmate wife and mother of at least one child by him. Had she not been, his claim to be the King of the Jews would not have been legitimate and James his brother would have ascended after the crucifixion. At the time there were no political impediments to do so quietly or to move east to Jewish communities in Syria or Asia or west to Ethiopia. Since he didn't, Jesus must have produced an heir.

That Jesus's claim to be the real legitimate King of the Jews was authentic rather than metaphoric or symbolic, as christians claim, all you need to do is look in the bible where the lineages of both his parents are given to show his royal descent.

Note that the Scriptures are absolutely silent on the question of both marriage and children regarding Jesus, just as they are regarding whether he preferred dogs or cats, or pizza or tacos. To assume that no mention is equivalent to proof one way or another is a falacy. What wan't relevant, wasn't mentioned.

With all due respect to the first person to reply, he is talking about the Virgin Mary, the earthly mother of Jesus. Mary Magdalene, someone else entirely, did follow Jesus on the earth.
