I have a TV on one wall with the surround speakers set up for its use. I also have cinema screen on the wall to the right. When this is in use I move speakers around to get the correct set-up. Is there an amp where I can make the right speaker the left speaker, rear speaker the right speaker etc... ?

There are surround receivers available that let you run two set of surround speakers however such receivers are expensive. Check out the Denon AVC A1XVA.
Usually they are meant for running two seperate multi channel systems but in your case these two multiple channels can be the orientation of your speakers. I have never used this model and so I recommend that you check it out at your nearby Denon dealer.

I suspect a speaker switch box would be the most practical solution. Might take a bit to figure out the wiring, and you might need an extra speaker (i.e. centre). This would be less costly than a new amp.

the denon AVR 2307 has a feature called "multi zone" not only can you split the audio between speakers-you can also have two sets of inputs playing seperately between the sets (one set outputting cd and the other outputting radio for example). dead clever stuff i think you'll agree!!!. but again as drshivam rightly says -these are expensive units.
