i just took out my braces and i have to wear a retainer now. i'm just wondering if wearing a retainer will restrict the growth of my jaw because i'm 16 and i want it to grow some more.
if you're an orthodontist, please advise.
and when will my size of my face stop growing thanks.

each night! i finished wearing my retainer after a 365 days and over 5 years of no longer wearing it, my tooth are moving! the same undertaking occurred to my cousin and he or she had to get braces returned in her mid-1920s... eek. I place to get energetic retainers from the orthodontist to positioned on at night. i'm getting married next spring and that i desire large finding tooth!
