Due to overload of work, normally stress occurs.To overcome stress we can limit the workload and can be dont in some period of time.Also by engaging our time with the favourite hobbies can reduce stress.Good meditation is other way to reduce it.Have proper sleep is an im portant matter.

Take a good hard look at what's causing the stress. Is it anything that you can change? If not, then getting plenty of sleep and excercising frequently has been proven to help. Eat well also, your body needs certain nutrients to function properly. Also, staying close to the Lord has proven to help me in my life. He's amazing!

i have been stressed lately and i was told to just take a few days and relax and remove urself from things that stress u out i guess a vacation would b nice

Reading or some hobby to escape.
Meds if it gets out of hand like anxiety attacks.
