NO activities like that should take place in public.

Smoking crack or giving #%$^$%!@#$!@*&*.

I know if I had to "use the stall" and it was being occupied by "a couple", I'd be kicking the door down.

Besides, I'm sure they were not there randomly. Special enforcement like that is a result of a lot of people filing complaints.

It wasn't good for Sen. Craig! Anonymous gay sex in public bathrooms is a crime! The particular restroom in the airport was on a gay website as a pick-up spot. The complaints of lewd behavior drew the attention of the cops. Sen Craig was not singled out. He just should've kept the used toilet paper on his shoe! It would have been much less of an embarrassment! The guy is a CREEP! Disease is spread by that type of behavior ! Don't worry...the chances of a cop being in the bathroom you use to meet men is very remote! Maybe you'll get lucky with a Repulican!

Its probably not that important, but as long as I cannot smoke a joint in my house without it being a crime then there should be no sex in the bathroom. These crimes do not hurt people or animals or any other living thing, except of course for the cannibas plant, but that is what it was made for.

We are eventually going to police ourselves out of all kinds of activities that some may view as wrong. The farther we go down this path the harder it is going to be to come back. Hell I say if we're going to do it lets go full bore and go ahead and take away everything we can from our citizens. No more smoking cigarettes, drinking beer, sex (of any kind unless of course for procreation). No more fun for anyone.

I think people have a right to expect a safe environment when using restrooms.

I think people using these facilities for purposes other than those intended should go elsewhere. Why should the rest of us be inconvenienced, or made uncomfortable by unwanted attention?

I think the rationale that prohibits sex acts in the restroom is the same rationale that results in separate facilities for men and women in the first place.

Think about it.

Not really. I'm not sure why the cops spend time and resources on such a ridiculous thing. It's not like there's herds of fags assaulting you every time you walk into a bathroom.

Seems to me time and money could be much better spent on crime that matters.

I think the point of enforcing laws in these types of situations is to prevent public restrooms from being a place that people are afraid to go. No people, hetero or homosexual should be doing these types of activities in public and subjecting others.

John 2 times - who is the vicitm of someone who assembles a nuclear bomb in thier basement? No one. Its a "victimless" crime. Does that mean it should not be prosecuted?

OK geniuses, I don't go around looking for gay crimes....... what I do look for is the Mom who takes her kids to the park and the kid has to pee and Mom takes him to the door and lets him go inside where the kid runs out screaming there is a man doin' the nasty with another man. That is when I get my jolly's gong in there and saying something like GET AN F"IN HOTEL!!! Then I arrest them for public lewdness, if it is a senator too BAD!

I could care less what gay people do or where they do it... but on the other hand, what if a child walked into that public bathroom... thats not appropriate for a child to see whether it they are gay or straight... Some things are meant to be done in private....

I am of the opinion that victimless crimes should not exist.

Bob: Actually, the assembly of the bomb, which includes the handling of highly unstable materials, would put at risk the entire region surrounding your basement. The lack of physical harm does not imply a lack of criminality.

And any rational person would have realized that I was commenting primarily on morality type laws, i.e. prostitution, drug use, etc.

YES!!!! Due to the fact that a public bathroom is public and if you want to do that crap, do it at home and not in public. Why should gay people be allowed to do it in a public bathroom and a guy and a girl are not allowed?
