Would it be more apropriate to say "Have an honest Christmas" rather than say "Merry Christmas" cause of the inspired greed by the thought of Santa Claus, which it instead should be based on the birth of jesus christ?
Or if your wiccan, should be based on Yule? I know that Santa claus is nothing more than a marketing ploy used by (EVEN THOUGH I AM ONE BY THE WAY) Athiests to appease all religions into buying products?
Shouldnt it be the birth of jesus christ rather than the arrival of santa claus bringing presents to all the good boys and girls?

Cause ive been brought up to believe in Christ, yet i became an atheist after realizing the faults of the bible, but seriously, WTF HAPPENED TO THEORIGINAL MEANING OF CHRISTMAS PEOPLE?

BTW: the question is just whether it would be more proper to say have an honest christmas, rather than a merry christmas, the other stuff was more questions for the people that spend time reading this.

Xmas belongs to the pagans.
Let Santa have his day.
This is honesty.
The truth.

It's like saying "gesundheit." I'm not a native speaker of German, but it's something I learned as a child. To not greet someone is rude, or not to wish them well on parting. I think the actual wording is less relevant.

We typically say "Happy Holidays" instead, since we have people of different faiths in our family and circle of friends. I specifically wish my Jewish acquaintances a Happy Hanukkah, and my Christian friends Merry Christmas. By the way, it's Hanukkah now,.

Happy Trails.

know-how of the bible and Church doctrine, many doctrines of the church homes are synthetic doctrines with rather some strings linked. as an occasion in my mothers church that's a sin for a girl to placed on pants to church yet interior the catholic church this isn't any longer? that's a sin interior the Methodist church African episcopal to drink alcohol yet no longer interior the catholic church? who's perfect and what does god different than? Jesus grew to become water into wine at a marriage competition and dranked it on the final supper, properly i think via the Methodist rule hes a sinner or do they no longer comprehend what they're doing with synthetic doctrines. in one faith in basic terms a hundred and forty four,000 are going to heaven and from that faith and all different religions practice each physique is going different than people who circulate to hell. i think in a superior ability yet no longer faith or the church homes that practice lies and rob the persons of their desires.this is what brought about me to circulate away, i may be greater suited off on my own then to be an component to the whore Babylon.

"Christmas" is a pagan (Heathen) holiday. "Christianity" is a heathen religion which overpowered true faith about 300 years after the cross. It is referred to in scripture as "Babylon" and is something YHVH tells His people to "come out of"
