Discrimination appear in many "colors."
For example, scheduling for overtime is only afforded to the favorite employees.
Also, being retired and working as a part time employee the younger ones are given more work hours because of their ages.

Yes, I have been discriminated on for being a woman.

Once a company was starting a new department. I and one man were hired to work in that department, doing the same work. I was doing a lot better than he was, he didn't have a clue what he was doing, but yet they decided after a few weeks that he would be "Coordinator" and I would be his "Coordinator Assistant". We worked together for nine months and the whole time I did most of the work, because he didn't understand how to use the computer program we needed for our work. Our bosses knew that I was doing much better, but they never reconsidered who would be the head of that department.

I have also had to do the same amount of work (or even more) for a lower monthly wage than my male peers.

I have been discriminated at because I am over 50 years old. Most employers like their staff to be between 25-40. If you are younger than 25 they assume you are to immature and if you are over 40 they assume you are not open to new ideas and technology. They also assume you are tired and not open to hard work. If you are over 50 they assume you will not fit in personally with the young staff.

Nope! Well, one time i was fired because i was dating a manager who was just fired and they thought it was a conflict of interest. They were okay with it when we were both working there, but then they fired him...but it was no big deal to me.
