So far the reasons according to others stand at:

I am delusional.

I am afraid of death or unwilling to accept it.

I am amoral, so I need them dictated to me.

I am uneducated.

Please add to this list, why am I a Theist?

You're brainwashed.

Perhaps after careful consideration of the facts, you felt this was the way forward? Or perhaps you had an experience which led you to accept a situation as more likely than the rest. What reasons do you give for being a Theist?

Yeah, they like to use the fear one a lot. Oh and you're too weak to make it through life on your own. You need a "crutch." Don't forget that one. Also, you can't think for yourself. That sums it up nicely. :)

(Of course as a theist myself I don't buy into any of that, just saying what I've heard.)

You feel the touch of the divine upon your soul.

You see the divine in the world around you.

You will not believe in a world without guidance.

You cannot stand a world without all-embracing love.

You left out brainwashed.

Based on what I know of you, you're obviously none of these things. You're an intelligent person who believes that a God created the universe. I don't know your reasons because I don't think I've ever heard them... I'm guessing it has something to do with the universe requiring a cause.

I just do. It makes sense to me on a visceral level. Intellectually, it sounds like crap, but I still believe it. As long as I don't start abandoning my intellect to rationalize the idea, I figure it's okay.

Those are SOME reasons why SOME people believe in god(s). I really wouldn't know what your motivation is as I don't know you.

My life has changed since I asked Jesus to be my Lord.

My joy has increased.

My prayers are answered.

Someone you respect (parents? grandparents?) taught you to believe in God when you were young, and you have not found a reason to change.
