There are creeps all over the Internet, that's why. Pedophiles, stalkers, you name it, the net has them.

well there are tons of reasons
1. if you have a photo of you drunk passed out with beer in your hand you may not get that job you wanted or be declined from your school
2. some sick co could tape it on his wall and do nasty things while looking at it and maybe start stalking you with other information that could be listed with that photo!
3. with photo editing and your photo i can make you look well like anything yes that is illeagal but as if that would stop someone who wants to embarrass you! nope!
many more that i don't want to think about! just make sure your carefull

Because once you put the picture up it won't be able to come down. It's out there forever!!! If you put up a picture and then all of a sudden decide you don't want anybody else to see it it'll be too late. Someone out there probably saved/copied it and even if you asked them nicely to delete it they probably won't.

Anyone can see them. I work for a Staffing Agency, and we have looked people up on Facebook and Myspace before hiring them....which certainly affected our hiring decisions. remember, anything out there can be viewed by your employer, parents, inlaws, etc.

Criminals on the net might get your picture then u would be stuck with a very real stalker.

It is hard to be conscious of when your clothing or the background of your photo gives clues to where you are located.
