ok i did this girl a month ago i started dating another girl about 3 weeks ago...the day we started going out the other girl said she was prego and it was mine... but i used a condom and she keeps harrassing my gf about it but this other girl is whore and has been with 2 other guys at least....please help me

probably lying, if there was a week between the first girl and the next girl u started dating, then shes lying.

you cant tell youre pregnant after only a week, its highly unlikely, so tell her you'll take her seriously if she takes a pregancy test 3 weeks after you had sex (so it works).

I'm going to talk to you as if you were my son. Since you did have sex with this young lady, there is a possibility that it may be your child, whether you wore a condom or not. It does not matter how many other guys shes been with. The fact remains that you were with her too, and it is a possibility that the baby could be yours. You can't take responisibility for another persons action, but you can take responsibility for your actions. You need to treat this woman with respect, and treat her like she is carrying your child until you find out different. Once the child is born, you all need to get a DNA test done immediately, and do not procrastinate. If it is yours, take care of your baby. For furture reference, don't have sex with anyone that you wouldn't want to have your last name or your children. It's okay for you not want to spread your seed around into a lot of different women. This "whore" as you call her just might be the mother of your child. You chose to sleep with her just as well as she chose to sleep with you. And now you're facing the consequences. The very least you could do is stand up and act like a man about it.

1. Tell the new girlfriend exactly what's going on. You put Tab A into Slot B. If that kid is yours, everyone is going to find out eventually, so just own up to it.

2. You should ask her for medical proof that she is in fact pregnant in the first place. Sorry to say this, but there are a percentage of women out there that use a "pregnancy scare" to either hurt, or try to recapture old boyfriends.

3. Retain a family lawyer to discuss your options. If that child is yours, and you've acted like a total jerk to her during the pregnancy, you may end up paying severely for it in family court. High child support cost and limited visitation. You should, at the very least, get some expert advice.

Okay, so condoms are only about 90% effective when used properly. But the chances are that it isn't yours if she is having sex with other guys for sure. I would just have her take a paternity test once the baby is born and that until that is done, she should back the f*** off. Talk to your girlfriend about it too, tell her the situation and that you used a condom and that it was b4 her and all, and that you are not 100% sure it isn't yours, but pretty sure. And then all you can do is wait it out. Good luck with that, and a little advice for the future, sleeping with whores only gets you into trouble, drama!

there is a chance that you could be the father, although you used that rubber, condoms are not 100% effective, you could have been one of those ineffective percents, i would say that after she has the baby, get the DNA test done, that way you will be able to know whether or not you are the father or not, it sounds as though this girl could have multiple chances for her babies real father. As for her harrassing your girlfriend, give her a fair warning the next time she does it and then call the police if she keeps on going....GOOD LUCK WITH ALL.

To start with nothing is 100% effective so even if you did use a condom she could be pregnant and t could be yours; only way to tell is a paternity test because "yes it is" and "No it isn't" won't resolve the problem. Second thing; You are pretty judgmental about her sexual activity; you been with more then one girl and even with her-if she is a whore why would you have dated her and what does that make you? Since you had to "do" her to get some not that effective as a lover or seducer. Remember if the child is yours then she is the mother of your son or daughter so think about that and for the second if you know she was with at least two other guys you must have been watching because some guys are not honest with that type of information.

Um, I hate to say this, but if you live in the U.S.... you're screwed.

For one thing, a condom is only 97% effective. For another, from a legal standpoint (should this go there) "deadbeat dad" laws are incredibly harsh. There is even a case where a judge ordered a sperm donor to pay back child support, and that guy didn't even have sex.

If she's been sleeping around and wants to go for child support, your only option is a paternity test.

Of course if she's just being a *****... file a restraining order.

condoms aren't 100% effective. everybody should know that. sperm is cellular and therefore can pass through even the smallest hole in a condom. it's possible that the first girl is making things up to interfere with your new relationship because she feels like you used her. if she's such a whore, why'd you sleep with her to begin with? her having been with at least 2 guys doesn't make her a whore. you've slept with at least 2 people yourself so you aren't any less of a whore than she is. if you don't want to have a bunch of babies before you finish jr high, then stop fukcing around and get some sex education. if you're the father of this chicks kid, then you need to step up and take responsibility. give maury pauvich a call, he deals with people like you all the time.

You slept with two girls within a short period of time, so you are going to have to live with the consequences, even if that means losing your present gf. well it may or may not be urs but using a codom doesn't neccesarily mean that u can't get her prenant it is never guareenteed codoms are faulty and the can break i would get a dna test done when it is born. Till then tell her to lave your gf alone and if u have to take out a restraining order

It doen't matter if you used a condom or not, this is what can happen when you have sex with anybody, stay with the girl you are with and when the baby is born get a DNA test and if and only if it is your child then you put your name on the birth cert. if you do it in advance and the child turns out not to be yours you are still required to pay child support til you can prove to the courts that this is not your child and cost tons of money in the process.
