I'd go to your doctor and let them give you anti-biotics, you're possibly allergic to something.

Hi! Facial Swelling can be because of various reasons. Do you have Swelling Around your eyes and then the cheeks? does it have a pattern like early morning increased swelling around your eyes? If so you might be suffering from a renal metabolic problem. Go consult a physician.
If you are generally overweight you might want to drop down some pounds, there's a lot of different diet plans out there. The one i have tried and successfully lost weight on is the south beach diet. I lost around 15 Kgs in about 2- 2.5 months now that's a lot of weight, + its made by a cardiologist and it improves your blood chemistry decreases your Cholesterol levels and well very easy to follow particularly if you love Sea food and Non veg food.
search the net for south beach diet to find out more .
+ Cardio workout is good to keep you in shape and would make you look awesome.
I hope my post was helpful
with best regard

It sounds very much like you are having an allergic reaction to something you are eating (possibly shellfish) or something in your invironment. Are there times when it gets better, or worse? Do a little investigation and maybe you can track down the culprit. If it continues and/or it doesn't resolve, I would suggest seeing an immunologist. good luck. peace

Ibuprofen may help a little with the inflammation, but ice is the best way. Also, make sure you rinse like your supposed to, because if it gets infected it will stay swollen.

ice it for about 5 mins. if it doesnt help, stop touching it in general and get enough sleep. if all else fails see a docter.
