WOW,270cals for chocolate fudge cake O_o
I mean I just looked and found one slice 900,another 700,and one about 720...That's like 800 average...Erm ok this is WEIRD
And the thing is I cant eat the salmon without the filo pastry dough since it's a formal dinner at my parents friends house and removing dough isn't very polite,is it?

Chocolate fudge cake (betty crocker) - 270 calories for one slice (12 slices in a cake). It's all salt, fat, cholesterol and sugar. Not good for you at all.

Blueberry pie has 390 calories in 1/8 of pie slice...... it too is full of fat, sugar and salt. Not good for you at all.

Eat the salmon and skip the filo dough.

I would say the fudge cake is way tastier but for which is better, I have no idea. I work at a restaurant and we have a dessert called "milky way cake" Well, im sure you can assume what's in it. Each slice has 1800 calories and 85 grams of fat. and people STILL eat it!

The cake has more calories and far more fat. The calories are high in each, but what the heck, it's the holidays! The salmon sounds wonderful, but consider the level of sophistication of your group. Would it really be appreciated?
