There isn't a train from Lands End to John O'Groats so without changing trains it must be London to Inverness.
The Caledonian Highland sleeper splits into 3 separate trains on reaching Edinburgh and Inverness is the furthest distance from London, it also calls at Fort William. There are no stations at Lands End or John O'Groats.
