go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

I don't know how you can lose 5 pounds by Friday...but if you lose weight too fast, you're going to gain it back as fast..You could probably survive on veggies, fruits and water....probably no carbs.

serve yourself a little bit of food and don't eat stuff that has flour in it and u will lose 5 pounds and drink water no soft drinks for a week.
