If I think he likes me by driving around my house or tries to talk to me once at the pharmacy (I didn't have time to talk to him), should I go ahead to talk to him at his shop even though I went there twice three years ago? He never asked me out yet. I am not sure if he is interested in me, but he asked my mom about me last year when she was in his shop. What can I do? I am confused.

He just might be the shy type. This means you will need to be the one to pursue any friendship with him. All you need to do is make an excuse to start a conversation with him. Keep the conversation light and friendly and see what comes from that. If after doing this he still has not made the initiative to become more friendly with you, then move on.

The only thing you need to figure out is if you like him. If it's yes then you should go see him, if not then stay away. Just take your time and think about how you feel.

Um yes, going and talking to him and getting to know him is far better than sitting at home and wondering.
There is basically nothing to be confused about. You hardly see each other or talk to each other by what you have written. So go talk to him.

well, if you are in a rush and he wants to talk with you, just give him your number and say call me as you rush out the door. but if you have time, stop and chat for a while, maybe he will ask you out. you never know the unexpected.
