If you are a guest no. However, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a gift the the Minister, if you are moved to do so. He will most likely put it to very good use. Photographers, on the other hand usually have a contract and don't expect a tip but, again, if you wish to do so, please do I'm sure he will be surprised & grateful. Personally, I always tip when I'm happy
with results.
You mention, anyone else? If this is a catered affair then you can be sure the waiters & waitress are being a flat fee for the event. If you are pleased with the results then follow the same guidelines you normally apply when out dining. Bartenders as well. Musicians.

Do not tip the minister, however, do add him/her to your holiday card/thank you list and send a photo from the wedding with them in the picture. That will be of help for their portfolio of weddings performed.

Ask your daughter first. Find out if that is customary and if it is tell her you would like to be the one to contribute to that. If it isn't customary or necessary put the money towards something else, or just give it to her and her new husband.
