You're running WAY to much, cut your distance and increase the intensity of your runs. Unless of course you're endurance training for a marathon or something like that, but you should still be doing shorter intense runs rather than long drawn out runs. You really only need to run 3-4 times a week and any more actually may be detrimental to your health. Repair and rest are critically important to losing weight and getting in to shape.
Energy bars? They've always just kind of struck me as a wast of money. 3g of carbs is too ambiguous really, is it fiber, sugars, or whatever?
Personally I eat a high fiber and protein diet and it works for me. Everybody is different though so just find something that works for you diet wise and stick with it.
8 pounds is definitely possible in 3-4 weeks unless you're already pretty lean.

i know nothing about marathon bars, but i'm assuming that if it is made for a marathon that it is packed with carbs to provide a marathon runner with energy (carbs = weight gain). as for the 8 lbs, it is perfectly reasonable to lose it on 3-4 weeks, especially with as much as you are doing. make sure you drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep also because if you don't then your body will eventually crash due to lack of rest. keep on doing what you are doing and you will surely see results!

yes you can, you have to run in the morning for about 2 hours
try uphill sprints, mainly running that makes you sweat.
try eating low fat foods, such as rice without to much oil and make sure you run for about 1 hour at night.
This procedure must be repeated everyday, you can take a brake once inth emorning due to the heavy running done the night before.
Now the gum, ask your gym specialist, they will tell you the best diet, the best exercises.
HOPE THIS HELPS :)

2lbs per week is definitely do-able.
For the next two weeks try not to eat any dairy products, sugars, soda, breads or carbs for dinner. You get one cheat day and are allowed to have anything on that list for one meal.
See how that goes and keep up the exercising.

go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

Use a vegetable bean dip like hummus instead of ranch dressing or possibly a fatty cream-based dip.
