yes you are eating very poorly. if you have been eating like this for a while then your body certainly is deficient in many nutrients. severe nutritional deficiencies will cause a decrease in health and over an extended period of time (decades, etc.) will have a very negative effect on the health and shorten the lifespan.
human beings are no different than any other animal on this planet. you need to consume foods to be healthy. humans are not plants, we can not manufacture energy from sunlight.

You should never skip breakfast! For one thing it kick starts your metabolism and makes you feel 10 times better, you should make eating breakfast a habit, and you can even drink tea.. thats a good choice! Eating lunch is also a good idea, even if its a 100 calorie bar and fruit, just so its something. A salad is a good choice but make sure throughout the day you get the recommended amount of calories for you body. Drinking water is healthy and a very good habit to get into. You are not eating enough. Your body requires food to run on, think about your car, will it run without gas?? NO and food is your bodies fuel.
You should eat 6 SMALL meals a day to be healthy, eat fruit, wheat's, and sure salads, but not plain lettuce.
Go to a bookstore OR call a nutritionist to get more info on how to eat HEALTHY! you are wearing down your body I PROMISE, so change your eating habits b4 it puts you in the hospital.

i'd suggest u eat someting more u should atleast B eating 1200 calories a day also eat apples and fruits they r good for and satiusfy and and u r eating even worse tan poorly
